A support service for businesses is celebrating five years in business.
Phil Collier Associates was set up in 2014 by Mr Collier after he sold TurnstoneHR, through a management buy-out deal to go it alone.
Five years later, he has decided to relaunch with a new brand and be more specific about the services the firm offers.
Mr Collier, based on Walney Island, works with a team of experts.
He said: “When I left TurnstoneHR, I had an idea of the services that I wanted to offer to clients.
“However, over the past five years, this has broadened more than I could have imagined.
“From focusing mainly on providing advice and support on business growth and strategy, I am now managing quality management systems for clients as we’ll as moving back to providing HR and people management support for my clients.
“I also manage a variety of projects for clients, enabling them to concentrate on managing their businesses and provide board-level support.
“The past five years have been really exciting for me and I just love the broad range of businesses that I work with.”
Phil Collier Associates is adding corporate team building to its portfolio.
He said: “It seemed a natural progression from the more general people management support that I offer.
“We ran our first session at the end of June, with fabulous feedback from our client.”
