There are some things that you must do yourself.  This is a fact.  However, everything else can be delegated.  What stops many from delegating is the loss of control or the lack of available skill in the team.  This delays implementation.

This is where I can help with implementation.  I can focus on the vital task and make sure it gets done.  I’m not at risk of being drawn in to other parts of the business.  I have considerable experience at executive levels, so I am flexible and resourceful with complex tasks.

Finally, I can be directly accountable on a regular basis so there is no need to feel like a loss of control.
